Privacy Policy
What data we collect on iabiza.com, why, for how long, and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD.

3. Legal basis
Forms and chat are processed to handle pre-contractual measures requested by you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Web analytics is only activated if you give explicit consent in the cookie notice (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Retention
Form data is kept for as long as the relationship or request lasts, and for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies (e.g. tax). Chat conversations are not stored in full: only a trimmed question-and-answer event, without persisted identity.
5. Recipients and processors
- Netlify, Inc. — site hosting and form submissions.
- AI providers (Anthropic, Google) — generate the chat response based on the text you write; they do not receive identifying data unless you include it in your message.
- Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies; see cookie policy.
These providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; where that is the case, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@iabiza.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulation.
7. Minors
iabiza.com's services are aimed at businesses and professionals, not minors.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legislative or site changes. The date of the last update is shown below.
